Refund and Return Policy

Refund process

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date the product is delivered. If it’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, we’re sorry, but we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it. It also needs to be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

The following types of products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Perishable items, like food, snacks, or fresh flowers.

Private or hygiene products, opened cosmetics, and personal care items.

Customized or personalized products.

To complete your return, we need you to provide the receipt or proof of purchase from our website. Please do not send the purchased item back to the manufacturer.

Refund process

After we receive and check the items you returned to Japan, we'll send you an email or system message to let you know we've got the return. We'll also tell you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed. To strictly comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, the refund will automatically be returned to your original payment account (such as WeChat Pay, Alipay, or credit card) within 5 to 7 business days.

Refund delay or missing

If you haven't received your refund yet, please first double-check your bank account or e-wallet (Alipay/WeChat Pay). It usually takes some system processing time for the refund to arrive.
If you've completed all the steps above but still haven't received your refund, please contact us via our customer service email at zp332604503@gmail.com.

Specials/Promotions

Only full-priced items can be refunded; sale items, clearance items, or items bought with special coupons can't be returned or exchanged (unless the item has an inherent quality problem or is damaged when delivered).

Product exchange

We only offer exchanges for the same item if there are defects or damage when the product arrives. If you need to make an exchange, please email customer service at zp332604503@gmail.com for further instructions.

Return shipping

To return your item, be sure to contact our customer service team first. Authorized returns should be sent to our international warehouse in Japan at: 6th Floor, Nippou Doshomachi Building, 3-3-10 Doshomachi, Chuo-ku, Osaka.

You'll need to cover all international shipping costs to return the item, as well as any customs duties or taxes that might apply. The original shipping fee won't be refunded.

If the item you’re returning is worth more than 10,000 yen (about 500 RMB), you need to use a trackable shipping service (like SF Express International, EMS, etc.) or get shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll definitely receive your returned item.
